Customer service was good and attentive. However i have placed an same day delivery for Wednesday the 9th & i am still waiting today 11th as the florist cannot find the address but has not tried to call the recipient or myself to get directions when close to the property as clearly instructed & so they are still not delivered. This is a very personal & important delivery for myself which i am pretty upset hasnt been followed through & probably could cost me alot! If they are not there today i will be contacting yourselves for compensation of some kind!
