Just booked a Meet & Greet at Luton.Great service with confirmation email arriving within a couple of minutes.No problems so far.If everything goes this well then I will be a very happy bunny indeed!
I recently ordered a sink and was informed that delivery would be made on Wednesday 9th January. I stayed in all day - 7:30 am until 6:00pm - but no sign of the sink.I rang your HQ and spoke to a very nice young lady explaining the situation.I was told that the sink was not in stock and was obviously not on any delivery route.The wonderful thing is I now have to wait until 8th February for the sink to be in stock and then I have to wait until 10th February for delivery.The receptionist was very apologetic about the situation but she couldn't explain why I hadn't been informed about the delay.I wasted a whole day and what's worse is that we have to postpone revamp of our downstairs toilet so I am NOT a very happy bunny.
