I purchased this by mistake as I don't have a blu ray player so then purchased a normal one so needed to return the blu ray version. They wanted to charge me postage for the return which surely should be an on cost for their business and regardless, one of the reasons I buy on line is because of the easy returns policy - generally.
Anyway, after various email going around in circles, I emailed a complaint around 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing back.
I will never be using Play again as the only reason I buy on the internet is if I can return with no problem or charge - as many of their competitors like Amazon do.
Real shame as I've been using them for years but do be careful!!!
