From ordering my toaster online, and at a very good price, I was kept informed by email of packing & delivery progress. The item arrived quickly, securely packed to protect against damage which was reassuring. My only reservation was that the enclosed guarantee form, to be posted back, was clearly well out of date: this is now 2013, and the form referred to a competition which closed at the end of 2008. That apart, I'm delighted with the toaster, which is working brilliantly, and very pleased with it's design and solid build.
