Little things let down an otherwise brilliant performance

When I first looked at your site, I was extremely impressed. However, when starting to compare knives which interested me, I became frustrated because simple little things such as, is a pocket clip removable, where sometimes mentioned and other times, not. Another problem is that some knives have a long description & specification and others have very little. On the positive side your customer service is excellent.
