Appalling Customer Service and Still owe me Money!!

We are a new business and thought WAE+ had everything we needed at respectable prices.
Sadly the service once they had my money has been appalling.

Spending over £200+ you'd think they would treat you better but not so.

Firstly after 3 weeks only 60% of my goods turned up... a further 20% a week later. I then had to call and complain asking for the rest.
Calling the two telephone numbers supplied is a joke in itself - either the software for the generated answer phone doesnt work or the number isnt working at all 0845 564 3966 or 0203 642 8482.
I sent many emails via the online service to receive a generic reply which didnt help a bit.
Finally after 2 weeks of calling 0845 numbers i got hold of someone - I was not pleased yet the guy on the phone was not bothered that I couldnt get hold of something. My works telephone bill has costs of £18+ and still climbing.

The last of my items are OUT OF STOCK yet was in stock when I first made the order. Today is 11/01/13 and my order was made 05/10/12.

I was unhappy and wanted a refund of the remaining balance in December and was promised this would be sorted and STILL no refund has been made.

WARNING - Stay clear of this company as they are over all poor and not worth dealing with!!
