Late delivery

The website stated 1-3 days for delivery; I received them 7 days later so couldn't use them when I needed to

Hi Nina, To explain the delay - You ordered after 4pm on New Years eve & selected Standard Delivery(1st class) which is usually 1-3 working days. Your goods were dispatched on the next working day which was Wednesday 2nd January.

This unavoidable delay in dispatch due to National holidays along with what we presume is a late delivery from Royal Mail (likely due to Christmas post) is the reason.

We hope that you will consider us in the future.
