First class service.

The service was good from start to finish. Finding the web site, navigating it and selecting a product was straightforward and a good experience. Making payment was as expected and I particularly appreciated the opportunity to negotiate a delivery window and the fact that on the day, I was emailed an ETA (to the nearest hour). The boots actually arrived bang in the middle of the hourly window.

Having received my boots, I reflected that this experience sets a standard that all retailers should aspire to.
