I’ve ordered camera Canon G15 4 days ago – money has been taken from my account, however the status of the order has not changed for 4 days and order hasn’t been despatched. Reading all reviews I’m becoming more and more more anxious, if I’m going to get my camera on time before my holiday (or even at all). I’ve sent them an email- no replay , called customer services and after 1 h being on hold no one picked up. It all seems very dodgy and I’m getting more and more concerned. If I don’t hear from them for another couple of days I’m going to cancel my order with my back. I will update my review if anything changes.
14/01/2013 , today I got automated email as a response to my email, stating that my camera will be shipped some time next week, which will make over 10 working days (over two weeks) from the day of order. I just cancelled my order and requested money back. I will update my review with the progress.
