Great service - great everything!

My first order was for some gate locks and bolts. I didn't know much about the items I ought to order so telephoned to speak to an advisor. She was exceptionally helpful and I ordered that afternoon from the website. They arrived the next day, free of charge and very well packed. There was a mistake on the order (my fault - I hadn't read the description properly) and I used the returns label that was included to send the wrong item back. I received full credit the following day. The items were of much better quality than I'd hoped for. Very unusual nowadays to get such a good company that I feel I want to recommend them to friends.
