Received a stellar service!

One star off as the online tracking was incorrect for 2/3 parcels.

But our local driver is a star! He delivered all my parcels, as agreed, one minute before his shift was ending. After reading all these negative reviews I did not expect much but all parcels in very good nick and on time. Maybe this was one off but surely impressed me.

Did not know we have a concierge!

We live in a detached house which is manned 24/7 and has two doors with letterbox.

DPD was supposed to deliver a parcel between 11-12am. By 4pm nobody showed up so I called the depot. According to the driver notes he had left a card "in hanging basket, with landmark". I asked what the landmark is and I was told "concierge, perhaps?"

I'm not sure what that means.

1) We do not have a concierge
2) Why leave the card a good 30ft from the house in a hanging basket and not put it through a letterbox? They probably think I'm really stupid and going to believe that??

Maybe the drivers have failed O-levels but I don't care - won't be using them again if I can

Interlink Express

Our door changed colour twice in 48h!

I received a "sorry we missed you" card from Interlink. I rearranged used the card details and thought everything will be sorted.

I took a day off from work so that I could take the delivery. Waited all day, no sign of the driver. I called the hub and they told me that yesterday the card was left thru white door and today through black door. I said that actually my door has been white all day, after which the admitted that the driver has not been nowhere near my house - probably went to pub to watch footie instead.

Cannot fault the service

I used to be with Vodafone and cancelling contracts and changing plans was a nightmare. I often had to pay one months airbill due to their clever wordings.

Then I changed to T-mobile three years ago, and just realized I haven't had any problems whatsoever. They even told me how to save money by changing plans at certain times etc. I must be paying 40-50% less than I did with Yodahone.

They have had 3-4 network problems in the past but nothing serious, I guess they are growing fast. The billing is really delightful to use, you can see when your contract ends, your unbilled use, download statements in .PDFs etc.

Highly Recommended!


Ordered wrong ones, sorted in no time at all!

I found the company online, they had the Osram bulbs I wanted and the price was good. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong ones but the sorted the order out in no time. Unlike some Amazon 3rd-party sellers, these were clearly genuine products, now I can really see in dark and the shape of the beam is perfect!
