We had been searching for a Neff oven for a few days over the Internet when I came across Marks Electrical. We had been let down by another supplier and were reluctant to order again online. Initially what gained our interest were the competitive prices but having logged onto their extremely user friendly website we were then reassured by the fact that they had showrooms.
The big bonus was that they could deliver within a two hour time slot. Having placed our order the communication was first rate, they did everything that they promised. Delivery was on time with a very helpful driver.
All in all a very satisfying sales experience. We would not hesitate to recommend them and have no problem singing their praises
I have actually found an online golf store that ticks all the boxes. They have an excellent range of products at competitive prices, the service is first class.
The biggest bonus point to me is that they carry out a "no quibble" money back. With every purchase you get a return slip with the postage paid, all you have to do is to pop them back into packaging, so far I have always managed to reuse the original packaging, mark on the return slip the reasons for the return, and then your money is refunded, or an exchange made.
I have had cause to use the return method three times, due to items not fitting and I have not been disappointed, so use them you will not be disappointed
