They told me my screen was scratched when it was in perfect condition. They are a complete scam. I can get a better deal from another company. I sent a Blackberry told it was valued at £53.00 it was in complete operational order. They offered me £18.00. I told them to send the phone back. The cost to send a phone back costed me £8.95. I rather send it to a reputable company to get back £46.00 Giving this company 1 star is an insult. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
