Service ok, quantity of flowers poor for money

Once I had setup the account, ordering was easy.
However, I was disappointed to see the quantity of flowers my secretary received for the money I spent. Definitely not as a good as inter flora

We are sorry to learn of your disappointment regarding the number of stems delivered. Whilst we allow our florist to make minor changes to our designs, we insist that any changes remain within the same style colour scheme and value of the item chosen by our customers. Essentially, the flowers delivered should closely resemble the images seen on our website.
