Ultralase - Precisely what your eyes deserve

Pretty good service but dissapointed in aftercare service

I had both eyes treated using what Ultralase call Supracore. The service was very good up to and including the operation. But, a few days later I had a phone call to change my appointments, now to be held by Optimax as Ultralase are now apparently in partnership with them. I wish I had known this previously as Optimax were offering a 20-30% discount on treatments but I stuck with Ultralase as I had been recommended by a friend. It's now been about 6 weeks since my operation and my right eye is still out of focus. I understand it can take up to 3 months to settle, but at the moment I am slightly disappointed as the left eye is great. I'll have to wait and see what Optimax say at the next appointment in 2 weeks time.
