Superb Service
Unlike some music shops I contacted as a complete beginner I wasn't talked down to or had to listen to some spotty youth giving me his rendition of some classic rock riff whilst talking to me. I phoned several times for advice on buying my first classical guitar and no matter who I spoke to I found them very knowledgeable and helpful. The icing on the cake for me was the delivery company they use. My precious new guitar arrived without a dent in the packaging and best of all could be tracked to a given hour of delivery, fantastic!
