Could not find the part I required on the web-site.
The telephone helpline was no use at all and the text message gave me a completely irrelevant part number.
I eventually took a guess at the part number and got away with the replacement part which was quite similar. From the description on the invoice I was able to search the website more thoroughly and found the exact part I needed. So OK for future needs.
I just had a small amount of money to send and was put off by the charges imposed by the 'big' bankers!
Global Web Pay fitted the bill completely.
