Whilst Quidco offer a good service they are let down by some of the retailers, that no matter what you buy with them, in my experience unless you put a claim in they won't honour any purchases.(Mental note to wait 3 days)
The Quidco support team always do a good job of keeping me informed of the status of my claims. Sometimes it can take months to get your cashback but usually they come through.
