After shopping about at various baby shops we decided to purchase the Winnie the Pooh furniture bundle with matching toy box over £700 worth of goods. I took a day off work for delivery and my husband assembled firstly the toy box but it wouldn't close, then the cot but the drawer was damaged, then the wardrobe which seems fine, and finally attempted the dresser but this was also damaged. Contacted customer services and was told all parts would be delivered within 7 - 10 days, that was 5 weeks ago, i called last week, sorry it wasn't ordered properly, will do it again, still nothing so called this week, still wasn't ordered! However finally both parts arrived today but again the dresser side is damaged. Totally at my whits end with it, i had to take today off work again and don't get paid and will have to do it again when they deliver this side panel! I must be rich! Total nightmare, hopefully in another 7-10 days it might arrive, but will it be damaged for a third time? Yep probably no faith in them at all. Please think twice about ordering anything from them customer service is shocking!
