Communication needs to be addressed !! And stock levels updated on the website regulalrly, before potential buyiers purchase their goods!!

Initially poor customer service. I ordered and paid for my goods on line.waited for at least 2 weeks for delivery, and only after a phone call to their customer service helpline as the goods hadnt arrived and had had no communication via e mail ,was told that the goods were out of stock . I then reordered the goods in a different colour.When they arrived around four days later the goods were damaged.. i was told that they must have been damaged in transit, After another phone call to arrange replacements was told they had limited stock but couldn't hold anything until my order had been returned or a picture was sent to them for either reimbursement or replacement.. Eventually the problem was dealt with after speaking to a manager. So don't believe the website if they are showing items in stock...Phone them before sending your payment!!
