Flight was OK, the plane a tired 14 year old 737, but the way they pile on the costs!!! extra for just about everything, baggage, seats allocation, I was beginning to expect to pay extra to have cushions on the seats and fares on the bus from the terminal to the plane!. Pity its the only carrier from Manchester to Lisbon!, bring back competition!
I have been a little more fortunate with Suncar than some, I called them as I hadn't got my voucher and was e-mailed 18 hours before flying to say no cars were available, so made other arrangements. On return, found that the full amount of the rental had been taken from my card so tried to ring for refund - no reply. E-mail response said 'technical error - will refund as fast as possible, but 3 weeks on still waiting.

Asked the credit card company to refund, but they said that as Suncar have said that they will refund, not their problem - they will only act if Suncar refuse(!!!) so..... Suncar can promise, not deliver and the Card Co does nowt!
However, as there is no postal contact address on the web site, Suncar are TRADING ILLEGALLY and could be investigated by Trading Standards. As my amount falls below the £100 minimum, it doesn't enjoy the protection of section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act which means I'll have to try leaning on the Credit Card Co
