Parts of my order, namely the color of the parts I requested & the different (from billing address) shipping address, were not passed on to the company I eventually bought from.
I therefore spent 3 days waiting at my vehicles location while the parts were unable to be received, due to my absence, at my home. When I eventually received the parts (that I could not transport to my vehicle without having use of my vehicle!) they were not all the color I requested, and so could not be used. When asked, the company I bought from claimed not to have been given the info above by Parts Gateway.
In closing, I still cannot repair my vehicle & have wasted the week of annual leave in which I intended to do so.
