We used Gatwick Sky One & never again, although the comparison site Looking for parking was very good.
We had the wrong directions on the printed email (It said go to pick up point, but should have said drop off point )& when we eventually found the right place, the police made us move on.It was chaos. We had to drive around the block & come back. Despite calling the mobile no 20mins before arrival, there was no-one there to meet us. 2 phonecalls later & he arrived. There were 3 cars that booked(all in my party) at the same time but they had only 1 driver on duty.He explained they were sick! He had to take 1 car, park it then return for the next. It was 1 1/2 hours by the time we all had our cars taken.
On our return, we again called 20 mins before as instructed, and again the wrong pick up instructions were given. We had kept them waiting (a few minutes) & 1 of the drivers had the cheek to moan at us. On a positive note the cars were given back in 1 piece & the driver on our departure was pleasant enough.
