I purchased a leather sofa and 2 chairs in July 2009, I didn't received the goods until December 2009, I wish now I had cancelled the items instaed I was given £200 of the price paid in compensation. Now after only 22 months the arm of one of the chairs has broken, it must have been faulty to begin with as it wasn't abused in any way also the colour is coming off the sofa in places and on one chair the leather is peeling which was blamed by the service guy as sweat from my husband, but this I'm sure is not the case due to the position of the fault. I spoke to the shop and complained as I have had a leather sofa before and this didn't happen, I was told that you could buy 2 cars, I wouldn't break down but the other would, I couldn't beleive what I was being told . I have purchased quite a few items from FV before but will never use them again
