Have been trying to order since 7.30pm, it is now 9.23pm. The website just says placing order and has sat there for at least 20 mins and then says please review your order. Then we tried again only to get the same problem. Finally it moved onto the next screen and said order pending and we should wait for the second confirmation email...until now still no email. Tried calling the help line number and keep getting cut off. Tried using the live chat and the window says something about contacting a customer service rep then closes down. have looked at the FAQs webpage and apparently there should be a cancel your order link in the first order pending email..surprise surprise no link! Dont let the fancy TV ads fool you!
