The care given by Ultralase was second to none but I was dismayed when the take over happened when I was between operations and Utralase became Optimax. They are a pale imitation and not nearly as professional. I have yet to receive in writing confirmation that they will honour the lifetime guarantee either,even though I had my cataract surgery in early December.
