Don't trust them!

have waited in 2 days for yodel to collect a parcel, have spoken to their customer service after 1 day, (waiting 30 minutes on hold to speak to someone), then being reassured they will collect next day, which never happened either. What's wrong with them, are they just taking too many orders they can't fulfil...or are they just a bunch of crooks? Can't for the life of me understand why Amazon even considers using them or trusting them to collect their parcels. I shall certainly never trust them again. Wish I had seen these reviews before!
