EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I searched the net and found Countryhouseoutdoors had put a Barbour jacket I fancied in the sale. I ordered it and it was delivered within a couple of days even using their cheapest delivery method. Unfortunately the jacket was tailored and did not fit well. I had already ordered the largest available size. I used the online customer service system and a member of staff responded rapidly in real time and recommended a similar jacket in a more relaxed fit. I ordered both the XL and XXL and returned the XXL having ascertained the former to be a perfect fit. 3 jackets ordered, 2 returned and 1 that I am delighted with. Excellent customer service and 2 rapid refunds for the returned goods. I would not hesitate to recommend these people
