How a damaged box of screws can be injurious to delivery people and customers
The box of various screws was damaged and taped up at IronMongery Direct, but were inside the bigger box with other items. Unfortunately when I received it, the screws had all spilt out within the bigger box. Dont know if the pressurized can of expanding foam has been damaged, otherwise I would have given 5 stars as generally been great, but not on this occassion.
Packers-don't pack dropped/broken boxes, especially shrapnel like screws...not fair on the delivery people or the customers.

as discussed on the telephone today, we are very sorry to hear that your last delivery was less than satisfactory. We do take issues of this nature very seriously and we will investigate what went wrong on this occasion, so as to prevent this from happening again.
