Rapid delivery,damaged goods

I am always impressed by the rapid processing and delivery of the dog food ,together with free delivery and competitive pricing. However, this last delivery had crammed a a 12 Kg bag into such a small box that the "zip" seal had broken off. This will make it impossible to re-seal the bag after opening. I phoned to complain, not that I wanted a replacement , but that there should be some financial consideration on my next order, to compensate me for the hassle of decanting the new bag into an old one. After some conversation, the representative said this would happen. We shall see!
