I got my dispatch date email, saying it was sent out on the 8/5/13. Its 20/5/13 now, i'm still here waitin! I've tried to use their Live Chat support but it just goes on to email and says Live Chat isnt open just now, when exactly is it open?? It doesnt give u an actual time, it just says "open during normal opening hours". Anyways, so i've attempted the live chat twice and instead i emailed them, both times! And still got no reply, and still no delivery from them. It does say its coming 2nd class so i expected it to be a TAD later but i was thinkin somethin like 5 days maybe. Not 2 weeks or later. I tried calling their customer services freephone line too. No answer, all i got was a voice recorderd message saying "the person you are calling is unavailable. exiting the system" and hung up??
