Communicaton - amazing! Would highly recommend!

Stitcher.co.uk are a great online retailer. I bought a cross stitch kit for a relative who lives in London, I'm in Glasgow. After I made a mistake in the delivery details I emailed the company to correct this, I explained it was a gift and also ask if I could add a message when sending the kit. I received an email efficiently not only correcting my mistake but advising it wasn't a problem to add a note!! My relative received her gift the next day and was sooooooo chuffed!!
