TERRIBLE!!!

I generally do not write reviews online but I was utterly disgusted by the way Parcelforce operates that I feel I should comment about it here. Would've given it zero stars if I were able to!

Was expecting a parcel from abroad but it's never delivered. Apparently it was held as it was being charged (never had to pay any form of charges before when other companies were the ones incharge of delivering it) but I never got any form of notification from Parcelforce so they decided to send it back to the sender! Disgraceful! Shouldn't they at least notify the receiver about the charges before making their own decision to send it back?!?

In my opinion, the clearance fee is just an absolute scam! It's a shame that you don't get to choose who delivers your parcel cause with Parcelforce, your parcel would NEVER GET DELIVERED TO THE RECEIVER!
