love this website - reliable and great customer service
This was one of the best online shopping experiences I've ever had. I found the website by chance since I couldn't find the jacket I wanted on any US website so I took the risk to order from the UK.
Unlike another UK website I ordered from recently where I couldn't track the order, with Jules B I could track through Fed-ex from the UK to California which made it less stressful. Not only that, the shipping speed was only 4 days.
The jacket arrived in perfect condition, nicely wrapped. I'll definitely order from Jules B again for Barbour merchandise.

When I first came across the website I immediately saw what I was missing as an American shopping for Barbour on US websites. Country Attire has much more variety in Barbour jackets and attire than any of the US sites. Not only that, in the past I was ordering from Orvis in the US and paying for tax and shipping.
I took the risk of ordering from this UK website - my Liberty Beadnell jacket shipped on January 2. I was able to get a tracking number from the "live help" on the website so I could at least track it to the US. Once it got to the US I couldn't track it anymore but my package arrived safely on January 10 - not bad from the UK to California considering it was free shipping.
It's a relief to be able to purchase directly from a UK website I can trust. For any American who's hesitating about Country Attire I can reassure you they're professional, have great customer service and a much better stock of Barbour attire than you'll find here in the US.
