Firstly can I say to all these bad reviews, if you don't like the product, you send it back under their satisfaction guarantee, ooooo some people.
Our sofa arrived yesterday after a minor delay as I think we chose an unpopular material, excellent communications from company though. I was a bit disappointed assembly service wasn't available in South West but I didn't need to be, my wife and son assembled our huge 4 seater in a couple of hours. I do think Nabru could find buddies to offer service outside of their area for the oldies.
The sofa is made of strong materials and my opinion so far, stronger than materials used by others. It was ideal for us as we havea Victorian property with narrow hall and needed a big settee. If we never found Nabru we would have to take our window out lol. Of course it's early days but so far so good.
Before I purchased I went online and looked very hard to find bad reviews and couldn't . When something went wrong on a tiny amount of cases Nabru went over and above to sort it. Turns out after I liked Nabrus Facebook page I found out my mate had one, he says his is as strong since the day he bought it years ago.
So to summarise my experience so far, got a sofa for a fraction of cost we were looking to pay, fitted in our room easier and so far very happy with the build quality.
Just a tip on sales I picked up from a review, pay extra for piping on material, I'm so glad I did, great finishing touch.
