I purchased a Beko CXFD5104W Fride/Freezer online on 29/12/12. The delivery date was scheduled for 10/1/13. We received a text on the 7th to say delivery would now be the 8th (I have the original e mail with stating the 10th). My husband had to take a day off work otherwise the delivery would have to be rescheduled. So obviously customers requirements are immediately disregarded. The item duly arrived & our old Fridge/Freezer was uplifted. We waited over 4 hours then swiched on, filling the freezer later that evening. Overnight the fridge heat up & the freezer defrosted all the contents. Money I can ill afford to lose. On contacting Curry's & spending 45 minutes on the phone I was promised a replacement (a further delivery of Fridge/Freezers expected on the 11th). I called back to-day (12th) & was informed that expected deliveries did not if fact arrive. Possibly ? they would be in the UK on the 17th. (They are continuing to sell this product online). But that time it will have been almost 4 weeks since original order with no arranged delivery date. I wish I had never looked on the Curry's website & had just kept my old Fridge/Freezer. I have also e mailed Curry's direct to complain about the poor service, surprisingly I have not received a reply. Please if considering a purchase from Curry's..........look elsewhere. Not a happy & never again to be Curry's customer.
