Great product, unfortunately improvements to the website are needed.
The boots I've ordered we're great and arrived promptly. The only issue I had with the website is with the product descriptions, it is not stated, for example, what the height of the whole boot is. That would've helped me make a decision.
I would like in the future to see more item specifics and perhaps some photographs with models, as it helps putting into context.
