PC Specialist Ltd
From beginning to end I was impressed by PC Specialist as everything was conducted in a friendly and professional manner and I was kept informed of it's progress throughout.
I decided to deal with PC Specialists for several reasons and before I go any further I must admit to knowing very little about the technical side of these things so I needed a bit of help. The PC Specialists team were both friendly and helpful and answered all my queries promptly and clearly. This was important to me because two other firms who I had made inquiries with were very lacking in this respect - the one took two weeks to reply and the other never did. I remember thinking that if this was their response before they got my money then there was little evidence to suggest that it would improve afterwards. It was then that I came across PC Specialists, I liked their site and the way their configuration system was laid out as it was so logical and self explanatory. I wanted my pc for audio use and so there were a few questions I had to clear up as I knew there were pitfalls which I wanted to avoid, these questions were answered on the same day as I asked them !!! [-am I in the UK?] When my pc arrived [quickly and in perfect condition] my daughter set it all up for me, I was dreading this moment as I had to set up programs and transfer files of which there were many but I'm pleased to say that the transition went better than I could have ever imagined and everything worked perfectly. I forgot to say that PC Specialists throughout the whole transaction kept me informed at every stage. I would recommend this firm to anyone and have already to members of my family and friends. In my experience it's rare to get good service these days, almost to a point where I don't expect it anymore but this has been an exception . Thanks to PCS.
