I ordered a batch of cards- my error, got phone number wrong, so re-ordered them, and sent an e-mail to say I needed them urgent due to business trip, no reply- day 2- no reply so sent a message via login page- a reply- 'we send them via royal mail, unable to say what time'.
I go on business no business cards- not the best service for delivery, but lovely cards.

When I check your account I can see you sent an email on the 8th January very late at night and we responded in the morning the next day, so I don't know why you won't have received it, I am sorry. On the fast service we guarantee a dispatch time of 2 working days but we cannot give you a delivery date because it is sent by Royal Mail and not a trackable service. The guaranteed delivery we do is the express service which is shipped the same day if ordered before 5pm and you will receive the goods the next working day by courier.
