Love them!
Absolutely fantastic! They text you to tell you when your parcel is coming. You can change the day if you wish and then on the day give you an hours slot when your stuff will be delivered and then do just that! Top service.
Edit: having had lots more deliveries from DPD they have continued to perform outstandingly. I now check with suppliers which couriers they use and pick the ones that use DPD. Great work from Tony in the Warrington/widnes area.

I've ordered from NEXT, mills and boon, new look, home bargains and always received great service from my courier sue. The tracking at Hermes is second to none so I can arrange to be home or with a neighbour when a delivery is due. Well done Hermes :)
