Though the costumes we ordered were value for money, I was dissapointed with the head dress for one of the costumes as it had a large piece broken off. The broken piece was not in the internal packaging nor the cardboard box that all items were sent in. It must have been quite obvious to the person packing the goods that the head piece was damaged. Luckly, I had ordered the costumes well in advance of the date required and after a phone call a replacement was sent immediately. Quality control was poor but once all goods had been received, I was fairly happy but the need for me to phone an 0845 number to resolve a problem made me incur an extra expensive of not my making.
