cheap and cheerful

contacts are cheap and are deliveered quickly, but sometimes the contacts are torn upon opening the individual case. i had one case containing two contacts which i didn't realise until i'd put them in and found them really uncomfortable. i wrote to feelgood about this but didn't receive a response from them. cheap, do the job, but poor customer service.
