no refund after 18 months

I (living in Holland) ordered in Sept. 2011 two Jacobsen chairs on the Infurn-site and payed with creditcard. Untill now I have received nothing (no chairs and no money back). Infurm is promissing about every week that they will refund my money next week or so. This looks (in my opinion) like fraud.
