Very helpful

I bought 2 x 15kg sacks of dog food and when they arrived, one of them was split, some of the food was in the delivery van and some was lost. I immeadiately phone the company, they were very helpfuland I received a partial refund straight away !!!!
The person I spoke to was very helpful and polite, who could ask for anything more.
I will use them again.
