LookFantastic

This is sooooo unprofessional, or to even say ''stealing'' money?

My parcel has been obviously lost, and I wrote 3 emails to support, care and through my account, and I had no reply at all within 48 hours. This is the first time I experience such unprofessional behavior in my whole online shopping experience ever. I did not expect that of such renowned website.
