Great firm, Crap courier

dv247 are a great music business firm on a par with Andertons and Thomann. However, they use just about the worst, most useless courier in the UK - Distinguished Penile Drips (DPD) who haven't got the gumption to leave a parcel with a neighbour even when they invite you to text them to do so which I did. It is not even that you can easily pick your parcel up from their so-called "local" depot - Ponders End - Good Lord, that's supposed to be east London local?
