Of course you always hope that you never need to contact customer services, but I was very pleased with the service received. There was a simply mistake in picking of the item sent out. The only difference was a colour, but the wrong colour was sent. A simply email to customer services and a free returns notice was sent.
I had a look around and Mazuma had the top cash price for the phone, though there were other sites that gave more in vouchers for various places.
After selecting Mazuma the form was easy to fill in and the pre-paid packaging was sent out promptly. There was no protective casing or bubble wrap to I had to wrap the phone first, but not a big issue.
I received an email 3 days later that the phone had been received and the money had been paid.
An easy process with no issues encountered.
