I have only made 2 payments using this service. Both payments have gone through quickly. The fees are low in comparison to other transfer services and the rates are good. I had a minor problem with the website on the 2nd payment but online support was good and resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I will continue to use the site and recommend it.
