Brilliant 5* service all round!

My shower stopped working suddenly and the man who came to look at it couldn't see what was wrong so I put "mira azora water stopped" into google to see if it was a common problem. The Shower Doc website then popped up so I took a look at their site. It opened on my shower's page which had the shower in detail with a question and answer bit and a parts ordering bit. After reading a few of the questions and possible solutions I realized it was probably a faulty solenoid. It even had a video link to show you how to test and replace parts and photographs of the parts. I clicked the link to order the part, very cheaply too and it was here in 2 days. My electrician came to fit it and was amazed that I had found out what was wrong and ordered the part in advance for him! Well I am just a mum after all not a shower fitter!! If only every problem in life could be fixed as easily by going to the Shower Doc I would be ecstatic. Fantastic service from the first Google search. Would definitely use the site again.
