Not tracked!

All my groupons never track then I have to wait forever for the cash back! Not like other cash back sites!

Thanks for taking the time to post a review.

Our apologies that your Groupon transactions are not tracking to your account. The majority of purchases will track without a problem, but transactions can fail to track from time to time, and we do have the Missing Cash back Claims system in place to resolve these issues.

However, when this issue is reoccurring, it could suggest that something is preventing these transactions tracking to your account.

These kinds of issues are usually to do with your Internet browser or the firewall/security settings on your computer. These can detect 'cookies', mark them as a threat, and prevent them from being placed on your computer. Cookies are essential for successful tracking, so it is important that these are enabled.
